Two Days

That's how long it took me to sort through my studio and gain some semblance of order.

And truth be told, I still have my worktable to clear.

It got me to thinking… I have So. Much. Stuff.  More supplies than I have time, definitely.  So I decided to do something about it.

I started a new challenge blog, Exhaust Your Excess!, and each week, I will post a challenge to encourage fellow scrapbookers to let go and USE their supplies, instead of hoarding.  I am also making a conscious effort to curb spending until the challenges are complete.

That's 100 weeks without new paper or the latest tool.  It will be hard, and of course, it won't take into account my current Cocoa Daisy kit subscription (which I won't renew until after the challenge) and any manufacturer supplies that I may get for any editorial work.  Or any digital cut files - because those don't really take up much room in my studio, do they? :)

But I'm determined.  And maybe I can use the saved funds to take our family on a nice little vacation!

The biggest boon will be the time that will be spent scrapbooking, instead of organizing and re-shuffling products, trying to find a home for them all.

So, how about it?  Are you willing to join me?  Even if you can't bear to give up your shopping, you
can still join me for my weekly E.Y.E, challenges, right?

And because I'd appreciate your help in spreading the word, I'm giving away a $15 Starbucks or Tim Hortons gift card!  All you have to do is share the blog link on Twitter, Facebook, your blog, Google+, etc - see details on the E.Y.E. blog HERE!

Cheers,

P/S:  Don't forget about the challenges on my blog for a chance to win:
